Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping

Policy Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and are out of our control once Australia Post has the package in its system.
In the event it just does not show up, or you want to know where it is, calling Australia Post and quoting your tracking number, is the best way to follow it up.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Chasebaits Australia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Chasebaits Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please photograph and document all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Authority to Leave (ATL): By default, all orders will be sent with authority to leave unless otherwise selected by the customer at the checkout. If you prefer a different delivery option, please ensure to make the appropriate selection during the checkout process.

Import/Duty Fees: International packages may be subject to import/duty fees upon arrival, and customers are responsible for these charges. We recommend checking your local customs regulations for a better understanding of potential fees based on the products ordered and your country's taxes.

Refused Parcel and Returns: If you choose to refuse a parcel upon delivery, please contact our customer support before taking this step. We'll work with you to explore alternative solutions. If a parcel is refused, it will be handled as returned goods. Customers are responsible for both the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs associated with refused deliveries.

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that original freight/shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. Additionally, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs related to refused deliveries.

Non-Receipt Claims: If online tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you claim non-receipt, please wait up to three business days before contacting us. We will collaborate with you to find a resolution. However, false claims of non-receipt or theft are beyond our control. We reserve the right not to provide free products to individuals making such claims. To mitigate the risk of theft or improper delivery, you may request a signature upon delivery.

False claims: In cases where false claims are suspected, we reserve the right to investigate further and take appropriate action.
